Meals 3/20/16

Rotisserie Chicken, Sauteed Mushrooms, Green Beans

Swiss Cheese chicken salad with pickles (chunks of cheese, leftover rotisserie chicken, mayo, chopped pickles, and a splash of pickle juice)–Can sub apple chunks for cheese, Salad shells

Sweet and Sour Meatballs and white rice, peas

Spaghetti, Salad

Cold Tuna Casserole (elbow macaroni, canned tuna–drained, mayo, salt, and pepper), Corn

***We are making Max and Erma’s Copycat cookies this week for dessert***

I’m including Easter dinner this week as it takes some planning ahead.

Easter Dinner:
Spiral Ham, Pasta Salad (pasta, crudite, olives, italian dressing), roasted asparagus, dinner rolls

Next week we are on spring break and will be doing some day trips and touristy things here in Cincinnati, there will likely not be a meal plan.
